My old water heater developed some issues, I ran through a few hoops for the warrantee services -- not bad service, but they don't have proper parts for a proper fix/repair. After a week, I have to make a decision to replace it. I contacted Wilver (the boss person of Bay Area Plumbing) on Thursday morning, and he came quickly and assessed the situation, before Friday noon, the water heater is replaced. The work is done professionally with good quality. I will call on Wilver in the future if there are plumbing needs. If you are in need of plumbing service, I highly recommend Bay Area Plumbing. Very professional, very personable. Wilber is on top of things. We called him about a failed water heater. He quickly came over late in the afternoon on Saturday to check it out and replaced it the next morning. He offered different options and were ended up getting a larger water tank since we have multiple families living in the house.
